Shipping Policy

Shipping method, cost and estimated delivery time are confirmed in the quotation after the product, quantity, packaging and destination are reviewed.

Production time and transit time are separate estimates. Delivery dates are not guaranteed where delays arise from artwork approval, carrier disruption, customs inspection, severe weather or other events outside reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or local compliance requirements unless the quotation states otherwise. Please inspect the package promptly and report visible transit damage with photographs.
